This beer is brewed with a complex malt character that includes delicious biscuity and toffee notes derived from UK-grown Maris Otter and enhanced through the use of Crystal and Chocolate malts supplied from the highly renowned Simpson’s maltings in Berwick-upon-Tweed. In addition, a generous charge of Simpson’s unique Golden Naked Oats adds a subtle nuttiness to the mid-palate.
