To become a member simply download & complete the details on the membership application form below and return to the Pub.
Your membership is valid for 12 months from the date of card activation. In 12 months you will be asked to renew
your membership for a renewal fee of $20.00.
You can do this by coming into the Mildura Brewery Pub and paying by cash or card.
